    Not good. My husband and I were excited because of the amazing reviews that this restaurant received, with hardly a negative review, but those reviews are not accurate. This food was disgusting. We ordered the trucker meal. The pulled pork had a pool of water beneath it, the ribs tasted as if they had been sitting on top of a campfire all day, and the chicken was bland. The "chili" was Bush's Baked Beans and the garlic bread was garlic-less. Their BBQ sauce was too bitter for my taste. We left hungry and disappointed, especially because the prices were a great deal! We would have loved to make this our go to restaurant between Utah and Idaho. We will not stop there again, and would encourage anyone who is tempted to to think again. Such a bummer because we love good BBQ.

    Just a small "hole in the wall" place that has very good BBQ and sides. Fair prices and friendly people. If you're in the area go visit.

    So good! We were driving home and needed a quick bite, with not many options this looked like our best bet and.. we were blown away! Very quick, high quality BBQ, price was beyond reasonable for the quality! Well done Spero’s!!

    Pulled in here on our way back from a weekend in Lava Hot Springs. Best pulled pork sandwich I’ve ever had! GREAT prices. Super delicious potato salad and baked beans, too. All made there.

    We stopped on our way home to Utah, we were going to eat at Subway but saw Spero's across the street and decided to give it a try. The food was great, portion size good and prices were less than expected. We will definitely stop here again on future trips.
